Having been responsible for placing Surveyors into teams from Graduates to National Directors he is able to call upon a wide network of surveyors, and places huge value in getting to know his clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations and successfully guiding candidates and clients towards the best outcome. Outside of work Tom spends his time back working on the family farm, playing cricket or catching up for a pint with friends.

Upon graduating from Cardiff University Alex started his recruitment career in 2011 joining a large recruitment agency in The City where he focused on financial services. Latterly Alex moved into property recruitment, during this time he has worked with a diverse range of clients from small regional Property Companies to national listed Property Consultancies. 

Along with Tom, Alex co-founded Woodhouse Property Recruitment in 2019 and looks after general practice recruitment. Alex enjoys gaining an in-depth understanding of his candidates and client’s specific requirements. He understands that no two requirements are the same and prides himself on his ability to tailor the service provided to fit each individual process. In his spare time Alex enjoys cooking and has a passion for the outdoors and loves going hiking and road cycling. 

Growing up on the Isle of Man, Charlotte began her career in the finance industry, working for various different financial institutions before making her move after the pandemic to the UK and beginning her career within recruitment. Starting out, she worked within recovery recruitment, helping those recovering from addiction back into employment, before joining Woodhouse Property Recruitment in April 2022 to work on the Birmingham construction desk, specialising in technical construction with a wide range of Birmingham construction consultancies.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time near the sea, with animals or cooking for family and friends. She also has a big love for motorbike racing and all things Disney. 

After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2017, Connor started his graduate life in retail before putting it to use joining the Enterprise Rent-a-Car Graduate Management Scheme. Connor quickly grew his comprehension of business management and operations. As part of his role he managed a number of large client accounts which developed his passion for building relationships and understanding client requirements, something he has transferred into his recruitment career. Connor joined Woodhouse Property Recruitment in 2021 specialising in the general practice market in Birmingham. 

In his free time Connor is a keen rock climber and has a new found enjoyment of hiking up mountains. Basically, enjoying anything he can climb and conquer with his distinct lack of a fear for heights.
